Our Leadership

David A. Schario, President

Mr. Schario is the President and a member of the Board of Directors of Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC). As President, Mr. Schario is responsible for overall strategic direction of activities including business development, contract performance, company operations, financial performance, human resources, and strategic growth of EVC. He brings 30 years’ experience in leading organizations that accomplish the design, installation, and management of manufacturing facilities and operations in the aerospace, military, and automotive finishing industries. These organizations have received accreditations and awards, including AS 9100, ISO 9001/14001, General Motor’s Target for Excellence Award, American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (AALA), and Preferred Supplier Awards.

Mr. Schario is also Vice President, Services Group, at Concurrent Technologies Corporation’s (CTC). He has served as a member of industrial research boards and also served as a technical peer reviewer for the U.S. EPA’s Small Business Innovative Research program, providing technical and business case analysis of both Phase I and Phase II SBIR proposals.


Timothy P. Brown, Vice President

Mr. Brown has 20+ years of management expertise involving operations, finance and accounting, analysis, business development, quality assurance, production, and retail for various multi-million and billion dollar military and contractor-supported programs. His management expertise, financial acumen, and personnel oversight assures EVC’s customers that their needs are being met by a company dedicated to solid, reliable performance.


David R. Davis, Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Davis focuses on the internal business and financial operation of the company, the successful transfer of technologies and subsequent commercialization from CTC to external markets and the development of external banking and venture capital relationships. His management expertise includes 22 years in the healthcare industry and 10 years in overseeing strategic initiatives and operations in a President or Chief Executive Officer role.


Web_McAllisterGeorge E. McAllister, Managing Director, Business Development

Mr. McAllister leads EVC’s corporate strategic business development, specifically focused on Professional Services Growth. His role balances risk with reward in the form of strategic growth performance.

Previously Mr. McAllister was the Executive Director for Special Missions programs at Concurrent Technologies Corporation (CTC), working his way up to the position over a 15 year career, having initially joined CTC as a staff level subject matter expert in 1999.

Prior to working at CTC, Mr. McAllister served in United States Air Force (USAF) for over 22 years. He was a USAF Special Operator and later worked to counter weapons of mass destruction and terrorism under numerous joint operations, such as lead explosive response planner for the Atlanta Olympic Games. Mr. McAllister holds a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University.


Web_AdamsMichele K. Adams. Managing Director, Business Operations

As Managing Director of Business Operations, Ms. Adams oversees EVC internal operations in the areas of information technology, contracts, subcontracts, and procurement. Ms. Adams is also EVC’s Small Business Liaison Officer, and the main point of contact for EVC’s routine government audits. Her 18 years in contract management include 13 years in the local and federal government arena. Ms. Adams provides a knowledge base enabling EVC to operate successfully in today’s cost-competitive environment.


Edward D. Peretin, Managing Director, Production Services

With 25 years of engineering experience in the areas of design, testing, and manufacturing, Mr. Peretin has lent to multiple successes in systems development programs and production services to clients, including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and U.S. Air Force. Currently he provides direction and oversight for EVC’s Production department. In this capacity, he is responsible for all aspects of production, schedule, and cost performance for a multi-million Navy development program consisting of engineering and test support, logistics work products, hardware repair, and sparing. Products produced by EVC range from specialized tooling to complex electro-mechanical systems to support military weapon systems.


Anderson_Jeff_webJeffrey A. Anderson, Managing Director, Professional Services

Mr. Anderson leads EVC’s Professional Services Division, providing strategic leadership of personnel, programs, and business growth in the areas of education and training, safety and environmental health, logistics, risk management, special missions and security forces non-lethal weapons support for the DoD, Federal agencies, and industry. His experience includes 26 years managing safety, environmental health, security, and law enforcement programs and personnel for the DoD, NASA, and industry.

Mr. Anderson holds a Bachelor of Public Administration from Barry University and a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University. He is an honor graduate from the NASA Federal Law Enforcement Academy and served in the U.S. Army Military Police Corp. While working for a major contractor at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, Mr. Anderson received the Quality and Safety Recognition (QASAR) Award, two Space Flight Awareness Team Awards, and the prestigious Astronaut’s Silver Snoopy personal achievement award.
