CSTRS 25th Anniversary, a U.S. Navy Seahawk helicopter lowers an Airborne Mine Neutralization System into the water using the CSTRS system

Carriage, Stream, Tow, and Recovery System (CSTRS)

Providing an organic airborne mine countermeasure capability from an H-60 helicopter

The Carriage, Stream, Tow, and Recovery System (CSTRS) is a launch and handling system. It was designed to support the U.S. Navy’s requirement to provide an organic airborne mine countermeasure capability from an H-60 helicopter. CSTRS enables rapid response to mine threats and provides an extra measure of safety for crew and ships. In addition, the CSTRS design is modular. It is capable of supporting the deployment requirements of both towed and non-towed mine countermeasure sensors as well as the release of unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs) that provide a wide range of mission capabilities.

Enterprise Ventures Corporation (EVC) is the OEM of CSTRS. Our team is responsible for all equipment manufacturing, testing, and sustainment. We can provide a full complement of product lifecycle management activities. We offer pre-production manufacturing engineering, production services. Our sustainment activities encompass repair, sparing, and training. We execute this work in accordance with the AS9100 standard.
